"Great place to relax, many swimming pools. Three slides which adults can use. Small ”beach area” i the hotel by the coast. More staff and guests spoke English than another hotel we stayed at in Sharm. The hotel is essentially two hotels, the traditional hotel (deluxe rooms) and the new hotel (premium rooms). The premium ones are modern but in limited supply as they are expanding the hotel at the moment by building new rooms. No issues with planes flying overhead despite proximity to the airport. The premium room we stayed in didn't have a hairdryer or shaver socket."

"This hotel is on a hill so when you walk down to the beach in the pool it is quite a steep walk for those who are not as mobile. The hotel itself is okay during the winter season and the top pool is not in use and it’s absolutely freezing. The children’s pool is the warmer of the two what can I say about this hotel? The lobby area is beautiful. It’s clean well kept and looks nice. The biggest letdown for this hotel is its food. The food in this hotel. I’ve never tasted anything so bad. Everything is planned and lax flavour there’s only one2 decent restaurant to eat and that’s the fish restaurant even then that was okayreally it’s such a shame for this hotel. It could be so much more than what it is."

"Environment: It is a long and narrow hotel with many small swimming pools. There is a pier on the shore where you can go snorkeling directly. There are corals and many fish. There is a restaurant in the lobby and on the beach. The dinner is delicious. The front restaurant has shawarma, and the back restaurant has barbecue, roast chicken and roast pigeon. It costs $15/person to upgrade to all-inclusive. Lunch is generally not recommended. Service: Very enthusiastic. Maybe there are fewer Asians. If you meet them on the road, you will chat with them. The guy who makes omelets for breakfast is also very enthusiastic, and you can see that he is really enthusiastic and not fake polite. Facilities: The room has normal facilities, the water pressure is very high, the bedding is clean but pilling, which is acceptable, and there is a clothes drying rack on the balcony, which is good."

"Travelled with my mother and sister. We had to split between two part. Mother was in beach part and we were in Palm. These are two parts and one has to be very clear about it. Beach is better posher hence more expensive. Especially restaurant! Palm guests can not use Beach restaurant for free. It is 4$charge per meal per guest. Different colours ribbons…. Differentiate guests. Beach and bars and swimming pools could be shared. If one is after reefs and coral fish- forget it! Not the right location."

"Pros: 1) Very cool territory. Really cool. 2) Warm pool 3) Activities like water polo initiated by the hotel according to the schedule. I got to the match of Russians against Egyptians :) 4) There is a bathroom in the room - and there is really good pressure and really hot water. 5) The music at dinner ”rocks” and whoever sings ”rocks” too, but people listen to it like seals and there is no party vibe. Here the hotel gets a plus for the fact that despite the complete lack of reaction from the listeners - the music and vocals are good and create an effect. 6) There is a gym. Not God knows what - but it is. Average: 1) The buffet is not a fountain, but not terrible either. See Cons Cons: 1) Room Service - the most disgusting and disgusting food that is possible. If in the buffet you can still choose what suits you with the appearance - then Room Service is a complete hell. Visually, in the pictures and in terms of ingredients, it's ok, but in fact, it's just disgusting and doesn't correspond to the ingredients. If you're going to a hotel, fork out for full board, because you can't count on Room Service at all. Or eat outside the hotel. 2) I also didn't like the attitude of the staff. 2.1) On the one hand, it was just really annoying that you have to pay for drinks and goodies in the bar for ”breakfast only” - but maybe that's how it should be. Although there was a bad aftertaste. Somehow it felt like, despite the fact that I was ready to pay extra for everything - it was still as if I wasn't Welcome and they were treating me with suspicion. Buying an extra meal for lunch with partial board cost 550 pounds. Dinner was even more expensive - somewhere around 700 (I never went). 2.2) And when I just needed to bring water or tea to the room, I had to remind them several times. And in the end, you have to go to the reception to have this damn water brought to you. And even if they brought it the first time, you had to wait a long time. And if you come and get aggressive, they brought it in 5 minutes. 3) The room is simply dark. There is no chandelier - there are only 3 lamps. And one of them has to be turned off, because it is on the same outlet as the kettle. If you want to heat water, have even less light. It was uncomfortable in the evenings."

"Плюсы: Красивый вид из отеля. Очень приветливый парень на ресепшене. Глубокий бассейн, девушка была в восторге, ныряла без остановки (3,4 метра) Минусы: Завтрак, выглядит красиво, но есть нечего, нет омлета или яиц, нет ничего кроме 2 кусочка сыра и фруктового салата. После завтрака идешь нормально покушать в другое место. Интернет нормальный, но каждый день надо заново логиниться и он небыстрый. Пляж арендованный совместно с другими отелями, работает до 18! Что дико неудобно, но это не вина отеля. Кстати бассейн закрывается тоже в 18 и это большой минус, покупаться совершенно негде... В целом отель за свои деньги неплохой и можно там остановиться."

"All inclusive small but cozy. Very good food, varied, rich. Rooms comply. Large swimming pools, one of them with warm water. It has access to two beaches, one in front, Gafy, (approximately 200 meters away); And another beach located at the other end of Naama Bay, which you can reach on foot (approximately 20/25 minutes along some pretty streets) or by bus (at the hotel's expense). On Gafy beach you can see colorful fish from practically the shore, it is beautiful."

"Hotel in the Hadaba area. Good reef. Average food, not all dishes are good and always uneaten for lunch turns into a new dish for dinner. However, in general you will not go hungry. Old rooms, vintage furniture, a bathtub repainted several times, but everything will be clean. There is shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. There are no slippers, robes, toothbrushes and toothpaste. But the Mango Market is a 10-minute walk away. In the lobby at the reception there is an ATM where you can exchange dollars and euros for Egyptian pounds at a good bank rate. Next to the ATM is a taxi and transfer desk - to the Old Market $ 3, to the airport $ 15 per car. Large, green, blooming and well-kept territory. Excellent attitude of the staff and a clean sea pull the hotel to a confident 4 *. But nothing more. The main pool and surrounding area are under renovation for several more months."

"Rooms are dated but clean. Staff are friendly. Food is average but it always seems to be at most AI hotels but can ways find something to eat. House reef is great for snorkelling, plenty of fish to see. A small tip goes a long way with the staff who work long hours."
